A dog that fell in a man’s backyard did not open its “good” eyes for a week

This poor dog was down on his luck for too long and found someone’s yard where he just collapsed. Paramedics were called to make sure he was still alive and he did his best to just hold his head up. If they had waited any longer, the dog probably wouldn’t have survived.

Jake was immediately taken to the vet where he received all the care he needed and was pampered by the staff. He didn’t open his eyes for a whole week, and then he finally flashed those beauties! And when the day of his adoption came, he wanted it as best he could.
