When Hope was born in Quebec, Canada, she weighed just 2 ounces, less than two pounds. When vets told Rodney McLean that Hope had dwarfism and wouldn’t live more than 48 hours, he was devastated.

However, what started as a terrifying scenario turned into one incredible little survivor! She not only managed to overcome her poor health at the beginning, but also began to mature.
A year later, Hope has grown into a beautiful little puppy weighing 11 ounces. As an adult, it can weigh up to 13 pounds.

Rodney talks about the special regimen he used for Hope. The little girl thinks she’s a normal dog and just wants to play and have fun all day long. Rodney puts her inside the enclosure so she can safely play with her rattle ball.

Despite her tiny size, we see that she is full of life and has the widest character. We are grateful to Rodney for his wonderful treatment of this adorable little miracle. nHope is a stunning dog who has now been recognized as the smallest dog in the world! We wish her good health and happiness for many years.
